Kink up your Kindle with Frenzy...

and as a bonus, get it as an Audiobook for only $3.99! (I didn't even know we WERE an audiobook. How amazing is that???)

This was brought to my attention by our wonderful editor Alison Tyler, in today's entry over at Trollop With A Laptop. She also was kind enough to post two new reviews of the book - one of which mentions MEEEEEE!!!! It's so damn cool. I mean, the anthology has been reviewed several times, but my name has never been mentioned. And to top it off, the reviewer LIKED IT.

Here's what they had to say:

These quickies really were quickies and wonderfully written. I was hot and bothered by the end of the book.

My favorites:

Hands On by Ariel Graham - A principle spanking his misbehaving new teacher in his office and over his desk. Hot.

Pirate Treasure by Janine Ashbless - Two extras in a movie, strangers, having sex during a scene without anyone knowing. I love those kind of sex stories. Having sex right in front of everyone without anyone knowing.

Lake Logan by Cheyenne Blue - What do you do when your car gets stuck in the high water when it's raining? You have quickie while leaning out the window for everyone to see of course.

Head Trip by Alecia Langley - I really fell for this woman. From the moment she left her apartment to when she gets to the hotel in Boston, she has a toy up her heat and and thinking about the man waiting for her.

Junkyard Dawg by Connie Wilkins - The man is a bit wild and a turn on when he just slams her into the wall and then pushes her to the ground on his clothes, taking her as his need is unleashed.

Simplicity by Gwen Masters - I'm really loving this woman. The second quicky I've read from her that I love.

Sisters of Mercy by Angell Brooks - Another true quickie. Guards on the night shift. She needs release and her supervisor catches her. What does he do? Pull himself out, bend her over a rail, and take her. So good.

Lights Out by Heidi Champa - Try catching your man when he's alone. It's hot, and I'm sure he'd find it hot also if he watched you touch yourself while you're watching him touch himself.

I'm so giddy I could cry. It's really true. Reviews are so important to let writers know that you appreciate what they do. Especially small, independent writers, like those of us featured in Frenzy, and all of Alison's anthologies. If you've ever read a book, and enjoyed it, drop on by one of the websites (Amazon, Goodreads, All Romance etc.) and leave a few kind words. It can literally be the best present you can give any of us.

So here's the link to Amazon to buy Frenzy for your Kindle, and the bonus audio book as well. In total, if you spoil yourself with both, it's a mere $13.98 (US but that exchange rate is gold right now), and if I do say so myself, worth every penny.

I'm working on my piece for Sommer's FIRST UNAPOLOGETIC FICTION WRITING CHALLENGE EVAH! (Follow the link to understand what I mean). But it's getting lengthy, it's not naughty, and I'm not sure it'll be ready for tomorrows deadline. But I'm writing, and that's ALWAYS a good thing.

Oh and according to the calendar, there's only four days left until the Big Guy arrives on his sleigh - which means only four more days to get some of this

and find as many people you can to do this

GUYS: Here's a hint. Try it when the snow is falling (if possible cuz right now we gots NO SNOW here), at night, with the lights of the city either visible or beneath you. It's all about ROMANCE my friends. And yeah, you might not need the mistletoe, but it sure is a lot of fun and a really good excuse.

Merry Happy to my hotties and heaux!

Pulled out of the Black Hole in my brain....

I TOTALLY forgot to post about this back in February.  I'm such a schmuck!

Anyway, Alison informed all Frenzy writers back in Feb that we had been picked up by a university to be used in their Fundamentals of Creative Writing course!

Here's the post

A College Text!

Ok, how seriously cool is that?  It's being used at Binghamton University.  I'm still trying to get a copy of their curriculum or reading list just to see that on there. Personally I'm seriously jazzed that something I wrote is gonna learn kids on how to write properly. hehehe.

And speaking of Frenzy - guess what's #3 on Amazons erotic Anthologies list?  YAH BABY.  Check it.

Ok so the quality isn't the best lol. I'm still learning how to do this stuff.

I know I haven't posted in awhile, but I'm working diligently on some editing for a friend, editing an older story for submission and of course, there's Ms. Tylers round two of Project Smutway.

I do promise to have something up soon though.

MWAH!

Alison's birthday????

Ok, I'm a bit behind on everything these days, but I had no idea how far until I visited my good friend Dayle's blog, and noticed that today we are celebrating a special birthday (we're not exactly sure WHAT day it is, but they in the blog-o-sphere have decided to break out the cake & champagne today). I figured I'd jump on board the bday train for a woman who changed my life.

So....*A-HEM* on this day mumble...mumble years ago, a new life was brought forth to us.

A baby girl, who would later on in life alter the face of written erotica as it was known. She would go on to coin several phrases, and would forever change the meaning of the word Trollop.

She is many things to many people. A giant ball of contradictions, she is what the moment dictates it needs her to be. She is shy and bold. She is confidant and insecure. She is both a day of race cars and espresso and a lazy day of margaritas and sunshine.

She is the bubbles in our champagne.

Without her, many of us wouldn't know what it is to be a published author. Without her, many of us wouldn't know how good we can be. We wouldn't strive to be better, or to even have as much fun with our sexuality as we do.

She is encouragement and support personified.

Personally, I've only been published once, and it was thanks to her that I am. She saw merit in one of my shorts, and took a chance at including it in an anthology that has now been on the top of Amazon's Literature & Fiction list since it's release. I am honored to be included amongst the great names in Frenzy.

So, today, I wish our very own Trollop, Alison Tyler, the happiest of birthdays. And thank her for being who she is. (and follow the link above to party hop, drink your fill, and meet some very interesting and kinky people).

I hope Sam spoils you rotten, spanks you until you can't sit straight, and then serves you dinner with a smile (and nothing else).

Shouting it from the rooftops

I have received notification (and the contract) that I am OFFICIALLY going to be published in FRENZY, from Cleis Press, which will hit shelves sometime in October!!! (But can be pre-ordered now by following the link *wink wink*)

This is my first story being published in actual print (ever) and it's my first erotic story that's been submitted for publication. Of course it was requested by the wonderful Trollop with a Laptop, the amazing and talented Alison Tyler - who now has a page in Wikipedia (and I say it's about damn time).

I posted about the book about a month and a half ago, but it turns out it was a little premature. It was also titled Flash Fucking back then. So the title has changed and I am so proud to be a part of it with talented authors like Jeremy Edwards and Andrea Dale, both of whom are names to be reckoned with in the genre.

MY NAME IS ANGELL AND I - WRITE - EROTICA!!!!

Sex appeal is 50% what you've got and 50% what people think you've got.
